All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or major public holidays.

3. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time for standard shipments is 3–7 business days, depending on your exact geographical location and accessibility.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable based on order volume and location) will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you proceed to payment. There are no hidden delivery fees.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a confirmation message containing your tracking details and transporter information via SMS or email, allowing you to monitor your shipment.

6. Delays and Exceptions
